I created a series of characters that showed their face, their mouth, their ears narrowing in far-fetched slits impossible eyes; one perhaps an interior look “without time or place”. Of all these projects, the first was chosen, which was then cast in cast iron repeated eight times. Today the eight guardians of the Celle bridge, as Giuliano Gori calls them, they are like sentinels in a world in the making».
